Потихонечку выполняю задания. "Основать новую базу" - для этого нужно исследовать MCV за 250 000$ и 140 000 очков исследований , при том что пока грабеж корованов баз приносит около 50 очков за раз. Это ж сколько надо времени ?

- You can now transfer resources (Tiberium and Crystals) between your own bases. Transfer costs Credits in relation to the distance between the bases and the amount of resources. - Added 3 new rankings: --- o Player: Who is closest to the center of the map --- o Alliance: Number of destroyed Forgotten bases and player bases
Balancing:
- Restructuring of bases and armies is now easier: Changed the refunds for sold units/structures. Until now the refund was 100% of Tiberium/Crytals but no Power refund. Now 90 of all the costs including Power are refunded. - Adjusted research points and credits increase comparability to the other resources --- o Gain of Research Points and Credits increased as well as the costs for research --- o Credits and Research Points stored in the account by the time of the patch will be adjusted accordingly
- Units:
--- · Replaced Riflemen Squad in the defense with the Sniper Team --- · Defensive and offensive Sniper Team now require 10 points instead of 5 --- · Mammoth got more health --- · Juggernauts deals more damage against structures
- Forgotten:
--- · Camps now have slightly more defenses --- · Forgotten Artillery counts as 20 Defense Points now (old value 30) --- · Combat rewards adjusted (minor changes for Tiberium/Crystals, huge Credit and Research Point increase according to the new research balancing)
- Economy:
--- · Storages for Silo, Accumulator got reduced. Construction Yard storage increased for Tiberium and Crystals --- · Credit production for Refinery increased
Other updates:
- Subscribe to all alliance forums is now set as default - New region map graphic
- Added warning messages when attacking “friendly” players (NAP, own alliance, allied alliance) - Notifications:
--- o Added expire date und recipients --- o Added link to spectate running combats --- o Added options to disable
Up next (Not in this patch, but an excerpt of the things currently being worked on):
- 2nd closed beta world. Slots for 50,000 players. Players can play on both servers with the same login, no extra closed beta key needed. - Significant change in how repairing works. Will –among other things- address the repair disadvantage of mixed-armies. - Rework of the movement of bases (no longer linked to Command Points)

Тут нет таких понятий, чтобы надо было обладать знаниями английского.
Ладно, вкратце:
- появился трансфер ресурсов между базами за цену расстояния и кредитов - добавлены новые рейтинговые таблицы - легче восстанавливать армию - перелопачены ресурсы (пока сам не очень понял, в игре надо смотреть. Пока сервер игры оффлайн) - в дефенсе рифл-мены заменены на снайперов - кемпы стали лучше защищены - джаггеры больнее бьют по зданиям - мамонты получили больше хп - дефенс и оффенс снайперы теперь кушают 10 котлет вместо 5 - за уничтожение баз фоготенов дают намного больше ресерч поинтов и кредитов, это связано с ребалансировкой ресерч стоимостей - силосы и аккумуляторы теперь меньше хранят тибериума, но кон.ярд увеличил свои резервы - новая графика ворлд-карты - рефинерии теперь производят больше кредитов - добавлены новые опции об оповещении о событиях альянса
В будущем патче: - новый сервер на 50к игроков. На этом сервере будет Братство Нод (ясно из интервьюшки с cncnz.com) - значительная переработка системы починки армий - переработка системы со стоимостью за перемещение базы. Теперь это не будет зависеть от команд-поинтов.

да нехорошо мы поступили(вы это кто?)... но вокруг меня глобал хавки засели прочно...
а вообще для того чтобы создавать собственный альянс в ММОРТС, нужно иметь какой-никакой опыт в играх подобного жанра. Поэтому, к сожалению, наш альянс нежизнеспособен... по крайней мере пока...
